Introducing…
‘I am Werner Lipkens, 41 years old and now working at Blue Fielders for almost 2 years.
I have been fortunate to work as a Field Service Engineer in various industries. The high-tech sector (Singulus Mastering, Ushio Extremetec), the food sector ( Key Technology, Tomra), packaging sector (Premier Tech, Vanderlande) and now in the graphics sector (Contiweb).
Why Blue Fielders
“I met Jochen-one of Blue Fielders’ owners-as my account manager at TMC in December 2010. When he decided to leave TMC, we kept in touch. When he came up with the idea of founding the company Blue Fielders, I knew this too.
My decision -after a few years- to make the switch to Blue Fielders was actually quite simple. I wanted to work back at a firm where it is not about just the profit margin, but where it is about the well-being of the employee. What is important to me is the flat structure that makes you not feel like you are less than your supervisor and your opinion counts too.
Above all, the most important thing for me is the combination between travel and technology, as long as I enjoy my work. This is certainly possible at Blue Fielders.
