‘I am René Heering, now working for almost 5 years at Amgen Breda as a CW senior Maintenance Technician through Blue Fielders.
Working as a CW Senior Maintenance Technician at Amgen means that I am responsible for troubleshooting and preventing breakdowns of the machinery within the production facility along with a team of 11 Technicians.
Passion is an important core value for Blue Fielders, where does your passion lie in your work?
“My passion lies with all the control technical parts of a machine park “every thing that makes the machine tick”. In my private life, my passion lies with my family and friends.
How do you view Blue Fielders’ approach?
“I really like the personal contact and the connection we have with each other because of Blue Fielders’ forward-thinking approach -even though we’re all with different clients and don’t meet too often.
Blue Fielders has exceeded my expectations because before I started at Blue Fielders I was very skeptical about secondment, but because of the approach Blue Fielders has in this I now see it more as an advantage.’
